Terms of Service
All software, scripts, or any other item purchased on the BuyCheap website are done so in accordance with the following published Terms of Service. By registering or purchasing extensions, you are automatically bound by these terms. BuyCheap reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.
1. License Policy
A license is valid for a single computer used non-simultaneously by multiple people. If multiple people use the software simultaneously or on multiple computers, you must purchase a number of licenses equal to the number of users /computers who use the product, or each user/computer must have a separate license.
2. Unlimited Usage
Our company provides a subscription-based download service for our extensions. Your subscription grants you the rights to download the product for a limited period (1, 3, 6, 12, 24 or 48 months) . If you renew your subscription, you are entitled to download the product for another period/downloads. Even after your membership expires, you may continue to use the product, so the software are not time-limited. Note that upgrades will only be available for current subscribers.
3. Modifications
You are not authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to the product to fit your purposes. Redistribution of the software in full or any part of it is strictly prohibited.
4. Unauthorized Use
Software, subscriptions can not be shared. Sharing or other methods which allow for multiple, simultaneous downloads or usage are strictly forbidden and may result in termination of your subscription.
5. Assignability
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer your subscription to anyone else without prior written consent from BuyCheap.
6. Delivery
Subscriptions will be activated in few hours after we have successfully received the payment.
7. Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of BuyCheap.
8. Refund Policy
The order can be canceled at no cost before your payment has been cleared to our account. For downloadable products, since they’re non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds after receiving the payment.
9. Liability
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall BuyCheap be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
